Finding Sacred Spaces is a pilgrim ministry of George and Sue Lochner. Although officially starting on January 5, 2020, the calling of this journey started five years prior in the Summer of 2015 (see Beginnings). 

As we document sacred spaces throughout the US it is important to know that our mission is making the viewer/reader aware of the sacred spaces and hopefully, enough information to allow them to discern whether or not to visit. It is not meant to replace a visit to the actual place (as if we could). Also, there are resources online that "fill in the blanks" about many of these Catholic holy places and our intent is not to replace or duplicate them. We will provide as many links to them as we can.

To get the most benefit from this resource, review the waypoints on this website and view the accompanying video (links provided) on YouTube. If the waypoint is close to your home or work, we hope you will visit often as an ongoing part of your Catholic faith journey.
